What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

1. All payments are done in Euro (€)

2. Payment with bank links

2.1. At e-shop you can pay with following bank links:

2.2. Choose the bank to click on the link you are directed to the respective Internet banking log- where enter your user ID and passwords. Following, it displays the completed payment. The purchase of from e-shop will be delivered to the Telliskivi kohvi OÜ. Approve the corresponding payment. Wait until the bank will direct you back to the store, or click on the button “Return to Merchant”

3. Payment by card

3.1. At e-shop you can pay by Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards.

3.2. Card payment works globally, regardless of the customer’s country of residence.

4. Paying with the invoice

4.1. The customer selects the order confirmation page, to “get the bill”, after which the bill is sent to his e-mail address.

4.2. Client pays the invoice by bank transfer to the Telliskivi kohvi OÜ bank account.


Validity of contract of sale, product and price information:

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for

shipping is added to the price.

The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The

5. Placing an order:

  1. Select the desired product from the coffee store page.
  2. Select your desired roast level (filter or espresso)
  3. Select your desired amount (250g or 1Kg)

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields

and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then

displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer or using another payment


The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.

If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the

purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost)

will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.


6. Cancellation and return of goods

6.1. e-shop has the right to cancel the Customer’s order, if the bill remains unpaid within 7 working days. Before cancellation of an order a reminder of an unpaid invoice will be sent to the Customer.

6.2. If the goods ordered does not fit or does not meet the client’s expectations, he can return the goods within 14 working days from the time of its receipt. To return the Customer must send a specified time period (14 days) after the notification e-mail address

6.2.1. A refundable goods must be undamaged, unused, with labels and original packaging. Money for the returned goods received customer’s bank account within 14 working days from the time when the seller has received notice of termination. Deposit is paid back once the returned goods has been inspected in the e-shop warehouse.

6.2.2. For returns e-shop reserves the right to require the Customer to pay the transport costs amount up to 5 euros and transport costs deducted from the amount refunded.

6.3. If the returned merchandise or its packaging is damaged and damaged by inappropriate use of the goods by the Customer, as well as a part of the merchandise is used, it reserves e-shop the right to withhold an amount considered recoverable from the amount by which the value of the goods is reduced. In this case, the difference in the amount paid for the goods and the reduced value of the damaged item. Defective goods:

replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the

The online store will respond to the consumer´s complaint in written form or in a form that

enables written reproduction within 15 days.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data:

The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone

number, address, e-mail and bank details) for processing the order and sending goods to the

purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to

deliver the goods.

Settlement of disputes:

All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to or
