We have two different roast levels for our coffees: espresso and filter.
All coffee is whole bean unless requested otherwise in the comment field just before payment.
Espresso roast are suitable for automatic machines, espresso machines, moka pots and also for certain aeropress recipes. The slightly darker roast is needed in the aforementioned brewing methods due to their shorter brewing times.
Filter roast is basically for everything else: French press, Aeropress and different pourover methods (Chemex, V60, Kalita etc.)
